Cruise Courses in Mumbai
Crew training courses are specific training required for an employee to board a cruise ship. Training focuses on the passenger safety, emergency response, crowd control, and shipboard service standards of the STCW Convention of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Crew members must be properly trained in order to be able to manage the large number of passengers being transported on cruise ships, have emergency management skills and remain safe during the course of normal business operations. The two most common types of cruise training are: Passenger Vessel Familiarization (PSF); Management of Passenger Vessel Familiarization (PSF-M). These courses are designed to ensure that crew members know their duties and can confidently respond to emergencies when they occur.
