By using STCW Course Finder and paying the booking token, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim for complete transparency to ensure a smooth experience for every seafarer.
1. Token Amount & Refund Policy
Refund Guarantee
If any institute cancels the course for any reason whatsoever, STCW Course Finder will refund the ₹1,000 token money to the candidate.
Limitation of Liability: Beyond the refund of the ₹1,000 token amount, STCW Course Finder shall not be held liable for any other losses, inconveniences, or costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) incurred due to institute cancellation.
Institute Responsibility: We do not take responsibility for the institute’s failure to conduct the course or for any additional fees paid directly to them.
2. Information Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, course fees, schedules, and offers are determined entirely by the institutes and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Independent Verification
We remain an impartial platform. Users are strongly advised to independently verify DG Shipping Approval status and specific hostel/refund policies.
4. Legal Acknowledgment
By using our services, you agree not to hold STCW Course Finder or Merchant Navy Decoded liable for any discrepancies. No legal action or claim can be initiated against us for institute-related grievances aside from the ₹1,000 token refund.
