Engine Room Simulator Course for MEO Class 4 in Kerala Kochi

Engine Room Simulators (ERS) Operational Level course for MEO Class IV is an exclusive course that takes place within three days and covers 21 hours of study time. The course is created to satisfy the strict requirements of the IMO Model Course 2.07 and covers all the needs of Engineers to obtain simulation training according to Table A-III/1 of the STCW Code.

Participants will acquire practical skills related to the safe operation and troubleshooting of engine room equipment after completing this demanding course.

Eligibility for ERS Course

• A documented sea service period of at least 6 months in either a manned or periodically unmanned engine room. This must be on a vessel with main propulsion machinery producing 750 kW or more, serving as the First Assistant to the Engineer Officer.
