GTFC/LGTF Course In Noida

GTFC is the abbreviation for Basic Certificate Training in Liquid Gas Tanker & Cargo Operations. There are a number of different organisations that provide GTFC training, however the majority of these training providers have been instructed by the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification & Watchkeeping (STCW) Regulation V/1-2, that personnel must complete GTFC before being assigned, in any capacity, to cargo handling equipment and procedures onboard gas carriers.

Any personnel who will work on gas tankers, including all classifications of officer, will be required to have obtained the GTFC certificate prior to performing any cargo related duties onboard gas carriers.

When submitting an application for an endorsement or designation of competent seafarer certificate (DCE) on a gas tanker under the jurisdiction of India, the majority of your applications for GTFC will be regarded as the minimum qualification to receive/consider approval for endorsement/DCE application process.

As of the date of this article, there are limited training institutions that provide GTFC/LGTF courses within the city of Delhi, and the number of seats within those respective institutions are quickly filled. I would strongly recommend conducting research and checking with local maritime training institutions throughout the Delhi/National Capital Region (NCR) as to the availability of training dates that may be suitable for you.
