Qualifications for PSCRB
To be eligible for PSCRB, a candidate must fulfill the following requirements for qualification:
You must be at least 18 years of age
You must have successfully completed a Valid PST course as per your STCW (A-VI/1-1) requirements.
You require six (6) months of sea service (of an accepted nature) in which to qualify for certification by the certifying authority.
A Medical/Fitness Certificate must be submitted as evidence/documentation to support your physical and mental ability to Comply with completing the Practical Exams successfully.

Proof of completion of the Personal Survival Techniques (PST)
Continuous Discharge Certificates (CDC)
An INDOS ID card issued by the Government of India or a similar document issued by another country
A valid medical certificate that has been issued by a medical doctor/agency recognized under ILO/ENG 1 and is accessible to the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India
Acceptance into the training program through proof of identification with either an acceptable government-issued picture ID issued outside of India or valid Indian passport.
Finally, two passport-sized photographs will also be required upon arrival at the Maritime Training Institute.
