Second Mate Competency Course in Delhi

The  Second Mate (FG) Competency Course takes four months to complete and is accredited by DG Shipping. This course aims to equip students with the necessary skills for taking the Second Mate Certificate of Competency Examinations for foreign going ships.

It meets all the training requirements stipulated in Regulation II/1 and is in accordance with the STCW 95 Section A-II/1 competency requirements. The training material for this course has been compiled using the Appendix M-II/1C of the META Manual Vol. II and IMO Model Course 7.03.
