VICT Course Description

VICT which is an acronym for the Vertical Integration Course for Trainers is an important course required by the Directorate General of Shipping (DGS). This important course targets maritime officers who wish to be able to train their juniors in maritime training schools. In essence, VICT course is a 'train the trainer' course that helps trainers conduct STCW courses properly. The period allocated for completing this important training course is 10 days.
